Playful Cutlery

This project is about creating an instrument or product for people with a handicap. This is a design for people with the down syndrome. A lot of children with the Down syndrome have problems with eating. They do not have as strong physical development as normal children, where some people with the Down syndrome have underdeveloped muscles.

The goal of this project is to create an atmosphere that is more playful and fun during the entire ritual of eating. In this way children with the Down syndrome will eat themselves instead of being fed by the parents all the time. The major goal is to get children to eat without having to think of the actions and bad aspects of eating.
